Yes. It is. It is part of her color identity. Any mana symbols that are not in flavor text or reminder text are considered to be in the card's color. Take General Tazri, Shes technically mono white but she has all 5 colors in her rules text so she is a 5c commander.

Play 4x primal beyond as the majority of your spells are elemental. Also, figure out what your core idea and function you want to do. Cut ALL cards that do not fulfill that combo. Do this ruthlessly. Then, sideboard some of the answers to some decks in your meta if you can not do that in your main deck.
How about scrap/sideboard norin for the blighted oran-reif? it'll buff the eldrazi especially when you spam them a lot.
Why not primal beyond? its a better land than gemstone cavern.

Why do you still have one rule of law vs having three curses that are ultimately better?
If you have nahiri, you should add a big fatty such as emrakul so you can tutor and drop him.
Personally, I really like Angelic Destiny. It has won me many games. When its on Mirran Crusader, its very potent. Lets attack for 12 dmg with protection from your color!I also swapped out Safe Passage for Brave the Elements.
