Not sure. It looks like a decent list to me. I'd just say playtest it hard to find out what needs adjusted.

I'd say definitely 4x Anticipate. Treasure Cruise would also help.
I dont think you need 11 counterspells...
Cut Crucible of Fire. Also, if you're not running 4x Thunderbreak Regent, thats a problem
I'd probably cut Fire-Wake Sliver. I don't think it does enough to warrant inclusion at 3 CMC.
4x Manaweft Sliver would really help fixing

I can't make sense of the inclusion of Giant Solifuge. And also, not running Golgari Grave-Troll really, really hinders this deck's potential for explosion
At quick glance: Shambling Shell > Greater Mossdog. Sure they dredge the same, but the plant feeds Ichorid!
... The deck is called "MANALESS" dredge. Were you expecting something different, or did you show up just to offer deconstructive criticism of OP's deck choice? But anyways; I run a similar list and its yielded pretty good results. How do you like the Chancellor of the Annex? I've been considering it as an option for a long time, but do not own any. Dredgers like ourselves can get great value out of Ashen Rider as well!
Phantasmal image is crucial to have. And Illusionary Servant is not a bad one either
