Abzan* is the correct tricolor name. No one likes hipsters

Both are good. I never meant replacing Shivan Reef.

Suggestions
Cut electromancer
I've made this deck before- add dispel sideboard- 4 of them. Most kill spells that are run are instant speed.
Swan Song- You need 1 mana cost counters so when you cast a guttersnipe t4 it doesnt die.
Turn // Burn- Very versatile removal. You dont have to wait for a counter spell to cast it.
Run Steam Vents and Epiphany, you need the versatility. I'd even run Mana confluence.
Run quicken- get a spell trigger AND another spell in the grave.
Frost wall/Fire Wall, sideboard. instead of electromancer for aggro decks.
Get 2 of Jace and Chandra.
Voyage's End- Bounce your spellheart chimera or a flying threat before you attack FTW
Splashing for white for boros charm makes your chimera deal a bit more damage or your guttersnipe deal 6 damage. I dont know how many times ive won by double boros charming for 12 or 8 with gsnipe out.
If you really want to run Electromance rover Pyromancer- than run stoke the flames. Its cheaper and if you tap him you can stoke for 2 with one guy.
Hour of Need your goblins or in reponse to a kill spell. Save your dude, possibly cheaper, possibly deal damage and add spells to the grave.
If you need more scry or anti aggro or find yourself needing more specific answer, land filter- try omenspeaker.
You can always mind sculpt yourself. =P
If you got a electromancer out you can "turn to frog" for 1 and kill any attacking creature as the frog runs into the 2/2 goblins

So most of the time you swing turn 2 for 5 damage or with something awesome. Also- orzhov charm brings em back! :D

How well did it do against Meta decks? Monoblack, monored, aggro, control, etc?

Trying stolen identity and hall of triumph.
Making all red creatures +1/+1 seems good.
Making more devotion with stolen identity seems good as well, potentially at instant speed.
Izzet Charm for sideboard, counter planeswalkers too.

I know what you mean. Hypersonic is really new to the deck. It's mostly good for its hasty flying attack. Just 4 damage that it is probably going to get in. The fact that it has blue cost is for Thassa, and Hidden Strings is only for rare circumstances. Being able to tap their lands at instant speed can be really effective, and was one of few answers I had verse control. Or even untapping your dragon or deathtouch blocker.

Hour of Need is good- but it's mostly seen as a win con for me. If I draw it, play around it, than cast it at the right time for the win, or a game changing turn. I want to be drawing other cards to get a god active.

Just a fore warning emphasis is; this deck is not good against tier 1 control builds. I'm debating making my entire sideboard anti-control, while keeping the main board anti-aggro. It really depends on your meta.

Main deck frostburn weird, take out goblin electromancer. Try to pick 4 playsets of certain creatures that work well together and with your deck than just whatever you got.

Also, if you're running Nykthos you'll have plenty of mana creation, and with all those enchantments you can actually make use of a 1 or 2 of, maybe sideboard of, against control; Thoughtrender Lamia. Suddenly, late game brain maggot turns into 2 for 1'ing their hand. =]

LOL, very amusing idea.
Problem is; a lot of the god's abilities revolve around creatures. Athreos, Purphoros, and Ephara are nigh, useless.
Maybe with tweaking, voice of resurgence, boros reckoner, frostburn weird, some springleaf drum, 4 mana confluence, 4 nightveil spectre. this could work with certain gods.

It's similar to a list I made, only I used more creatures. Max Deso demon, dakra, notion thief, master of feasts. Also nightveil spec.

Also whip of Erebos.

Finally, i added Thassa, Phenax, and Erebos because there was so much devotion.

1 of whipsering madness is interesting heh.

I'd keep Master of Feasts sideboard, you don't always want to be giving your opponents cards. You also don't need 4 whip of Erebos. 2 Is enough.

Consider, Duress, and Herald of Torment.

IMHO, Mainboard
OUT Angel of Serenity
IN Pain Seer. Lower mana curve, your stuff is cheap, pure adavantge, you want to win fast with this deck anyway.
OUT Blightcaster
IN Agent of Fates. Sac > -2, -2
OUT Pacisfism
IN Banishing light. Way more targets, all around more useful for a little more.
OUT Spiteful returned
IN 2 Athreos and 2 Xathrid Necromanciers. Make all your human creatures and Orzhov Devotion useful.
OUT Rogue's Passage
IN (Fix Land ratios )
OUT -1 land (Total :23)
IN +1 Athreos

I believe this will create more versatility, while still use enchantments and heroic.

IMHO, Sideboard (Depends on your meta) Consider;
Imposing Sovereign
Thrill-Kill Assassin
Sin Collector
Fiendslayer Paladin
Deicide
Revoke Existence
Soldier of Pantheon
