I don't see the point of having Pack Rat in this deck.
I'd keep Master of Feasts sideboard, you don't always want to be giving your opponents cards. You also don't need 4 whip of Erebos. 2 Is enough. Consider, Duress, and Herald of Torment.

Also, if you're running Nykthos you'll have plenty of mana creation, and with all those enchantments you can actually make use of a 1 or 2 of, maybe sideboard of, against control; Thoughtrender Lamia. Suddenly, late game brain maggot turns into 2 for 1'ing their hand. =]
