Deck Description

A quick mid-morning bru. Should probably fit rancor into the mainboard.
Thoughts? Anything form gatecrash I should put in? Crypt Ghast? Best X spell to splash for? Clan defiance? Rakdos's Return?

How to Play

Discard their removal, keep the board clear, pressure with demon and Vraska then demon beats or vraska babies ftw. pack rat it there for bad draws, topdeck discard or late game farseek.

Deck discussion for Golgari Control

Personally i'd run 4x tragic slip instead of 2xTragic Slip 2xUltimate Price in the main deck .Also id up desecration demon to 4 because its board presence, removal and a threat all in one, which works really well for this deck. Not sure about mutilate since the chances of it doing much are slim, maybe sideboard and then bring it in against token/weenie decks. Typhoid rat looks like it could have a good place in here , not sure where it would fit tbh it just seems like it would work well and has nice synergy.

Thanks for taking a look. Good call on sideboarding mutilate, or maybe even not since golgari charm does fine against souls. I don't want to heap in the 1cc creatures since half the time I want to be duressing anyway T1. Any thoughts on arbor elf vs typhoid rats vs deathrite shaman (who I absolutely love, but not sure about here)?

I'd swap typhoid rats and deathrite shaman round so rats are in the main. This is because Rats turn one/ turn 2 are more of a threat and will slow aggression long enough to where you can control heavily. Also typhoid goes with the pack rats which is a nice bonus. Having deathrite sideboarded allows you to switch it in against graveyard based plans. And i dont think arbor elf is needed at all. I like how your deck has a lot of draw potential late game but i think it would be nice if you had a huge bomb i think grislebrand/reaper of the abyss would work best as a x1

Thanks, I do love synergy between reaper from the abyss and desecration demon, will try and fit him in. Wasteland viper is a new 1c deathtouch creature to consider, although B T1 is probably better than G.
