hmm the first cards u suggested r amazing just dont have the room for them. if u know Purphoros's effect, then u know that i need a creature heavy commander. what u consider working in EDH and what i know will be better for the deck as a whole r completely different. typically 1 drops like i have here rnt very good on their own, but when all i need them to do is come into play when Purphoros is around and deal 2 to everyone, its enough speed to keep to a sort of burn deck. the major board wipes rnt really a concern. i do have act in the deck, and thought about the others. i came to the conclusion that they would hurt me more than they would help me. dont forget red has some of the weakest defenses when used wrong. a red deck tends to run out of steam fast and has a hard time keeping up on it's own let alone in EDH...(which u just helped me remember i forgot about reforge the soul..)

lighting strike and the others were just spot fillers to keep the overall cmc low and give me a touch of "spot" removal if u will being mono red, or even just a few extra points of damage if i need it. not to worried about what eveyone else is going to be doing in the game. the deck is designed to stand on its own and keep burning everyone slowly.

coat of arms isnt needed in this deck especially in my area that would only kill me faster than help.. alot of ppl in my area run tribal based decks even in EDH ( elves, spirits, zombies, treefolk and even i run a jund dragon tribal) soooo that is a bad thing for me to even think about putting in since it helps them too.

thx for the comment and u did give me some last min additions i need to find room for.

be that as it may, they seem like worthy options for a sb none the less man. personally great choices for the sb.

glade to help out. its not easy to do and most people the very route that u did. heck when i started playing i did a similar thing and just kept getting killed by the time i had my pets out to play. so i have learned that simply focusing the deck more will at least make it more fun to play.

well welcome to the game man, its a great game to play just watch out for the spending part haha. it wont be long till you have been around like me, been playing for 13 yrs now.

haha well i have plenty of decks for u to look at and maybe get some ideas. im not a pro deck builder but i think i have wild ideas some times XD

my main suggestion is to focus more on the dragons u wanna use instead of having a spread like u do. each dragon has its strengths but a handful of the ones here dont belong in my mind. personally i would go with 4 scrouge, maybe 2 or max 3 utvara hellkites, and just up the goblin count. 4 arsonist is a must, another krenko won't hurt, another prospector and since ur more casual dragon fodder x4 is a must as well. after that maybe some simple burn spells to keep things free, i suggest lightning bolt and magma jet personally.

gremere102-if u must know i dont play standard at any tourneys, i just dont have the funds or the time. i enjoy the challenge of making a standard deck even if it is for the table top. as far as its power level, got news for u man, ANY deck will have a weakness to most others. would this destroy a control or burn player maybe not, but playing magic is in itself a gamble when u think about it. im banking on getting craterhoof out fast while u may be banking to draw that verdict just to stop it all. btw, i had something else in mind other than BW not sure y it was included for the sb and idr what i had in mind.

NinjaStyle612- thx maybe i will consider splashing in some white to keep things more balanced.

uhhhhhhhhhhh what is ur main goal here man??? u need to focus the deck cause to be honest this just looks like u tossed some goblins in with random power house dragons and hope to win.

hey guys sorry been really busy. i understand every suggestion yall have given me. the only reason it is designed this way, is b/c i dont want to be a copy of every other burn out there. perfect example is using lava spike, no doubt an incredible card but everyone runs the thing. this may not be a bash face tourney deck, but its different and my own.
