Not a bad suggestion if devotion was what the deck wants to do. It's a stompy deck with a elf ball sub theme.

man i love dragons but this needs some help honestly. just loading the deck up with dragons of the color wedge isn't a great idea. dragons cost a ton of mana to get up and going. u need to speed the deck up using mana ramp of all kinds and cards like dragonspeaker shaman , urza's incubator and more to lower their cost. does no good to have such powerful creatures in the deck when u can't even get off the ground. u could also use more ways to keep the field clear of threats like earthquake, magmaquake and various others.

yup but even that cant keep them alive from mass removal. so either way they may eat a kill spell or two. timing is key.

lol like i said im a dragon master in my area . battle hymn works if u dump out tokens. dark ritual is ok but easy to stop. 9/10 times, no one cares if u use a rampant growth, harrow, cultivate and the like. more chance they resolve. the authority is a good card but not what u need here. if u r so worried bout the shaman then put in a couple of reclaim in the deck and maybe a fog or two. the trick with the shaman is to hold him back until u know u have the mana to trigger his ability, or a tough defense to keep him alive.

not a bad idea, i would drop the banefire for curse of the pierced heart. just an evil card especially when u have more than one out.

i like the idea for the deck here but u need to put in something u can copy as well. i would say u could use the colossus of akros. it is a giant beast and if u can ramp up ur mana then it becomes instant death fast.

dragons. i love dragons >:D im a self proclaimed dragon master in my area lol.

now there is one major problem to address with dragons, they cost so much u will be dead even against another decent player before u get going. so mana ramp is the only way to keep urself in the running. u also have to watch out for the small creature decks. if u took this and the elve deck u made, the elves would wreck this. cards to get include Harrow, Rampant Growth, and many more. but u have to keep the cost low since ur dragons cost so much. feel free to check out my dragon decks for more ideas.

well as a player for around 15yrs i am always glade to help newbies. though it is hard for me cause i am very ruthless lol. that aside, find us older players and comment on some of the decks u like. let us know u r new and we can help. at least i will. i only say that b/c u really cant tell who is a new player just from the deck link. let us know u r new and we can help . i know i will through my 2 cents in.

if i can ever get the leyline i might try the swap, i do enjoy the dragon it is fun and when i need a blocker it helps. i have been on the fence about the oracle myself, just havent been sure what i would drop it for. if i could find another i might toss in young pyromancer. hahahaha i highly doubt i will get one from my group. they arent that dumb any more XD. the trade for divination might be something to think bout.

honestly the dragon is just for flavor for me. and i dont need to be a total ass XD everyone is like urself, they really dont like letting this get going. rite of replication i havent thought of and im not sure if anyone will trade me one lol. the other cards i havent even herd of or thought about ill check them out. though im not really sure what i would take out to make room for them. opinions???

lol thx, this deck is super old and i havent updated anything for this in a long time. the cradle is a good idea and its alot better to find an altered art version haha.
