Deck discussion for Standard BUG Mill

I've had this deck idea in mind. Let me know what ya'll think. I don't play much and would love to know how it would do in the standard world against mono black, blue, uw control, mono red, and rg midrange. Comments would be appreciated greatly.

Well, in its current stages, I think it's hard to tell. I would capitalize on defenders, though, because I believe they are the key to making Phenax work. Cards to look at: Hover Barrier, Axebane Guardian, Wall of Frost and Doorkeeper. You can still have offensive threats in Consuming Aberration and Desecration Demon, if you so choose, but the key here is early game creature control with late-game 'tap to mill 6'. That's devastating. Pack Rat has no purpose, and Lazav, while a badass, doesn't pose enough field presence without Phenax. Suffice to say, I love it.

Ofcourse, Axebane Guardian! I thought of that. Maybe instead of Consuming Aberation. I thought about producing alot of rats, but with Detention Sphere they would be pointless. Might sideboard Lazav.

Ok I might drop Lazav, but only for thoughtseize. How's this? Better?

Hmm... I still fell hover barrier > murmuring phantasm. Sure, it's a drop more, but it shuts up nightveil specters your opponents might have without slowing down your own. Perhaps it's all your three-ofs, I'd rather you complete playsets of the vital pieces over the murmurings. Maybe x4 Caryatid, 4x Axebane, 4x Doorkeeper, 2x Hoverbarrier and 3x Nightveil would be a more consistent basis for your milling with Phenax. Of course, if you still want Lazav (he's cool, just not the bomb-dig in standard), I would suggest moving the AEtherizes out. Instead of them, take the open slot and take out a far and away for two cyclonic rifts. Axebane makes it reeeeeaaaally easy to get that thing's overload out. Also, maybe one less mainboard Phenax for one more mainboard hero's downfall, its proven a good card in standard so far. Also, your draw is kinda weak, which is bad in a control deck, might I offer pilfered plans?

I kept most of those ideas and threw in divination for some draw. I also thought there was no draw abilities. I originally thought BUG for the mana, but it looks like esper might be better. What was your pilfered plans?

I built a bug mill for fnm, rakdos took me out from top 8. The deck looks solid but have you considered Kiora's followers. I can mill people 40 a turn if need be and i popped Kiora for her emblem ;)
