I would love to play this against someone, just to see the look on their face when I win with no spells whatsoever.

Maybe think about Seraph of the Sword. It costs a lot less and still makes the best blocker out there. I also like devout invocation for late game. Tap all of your cats and put out a ton of angels to go with them.

Have you thought of using the Urza's Lands for extra mana gen?

I like it. The only thing I might change is taking out Serra Angel and adding Archangel of Thune instead. With it your cats could get seriously pumped up. If you do, you might look into adding Soulmender for this as well. It activates Archangel's ability and it will give you more life to produce cats with your planeswalker. Plus it is a solid turn one drop, which this deck is lacking.

Are you wanting to keep this standard?

This deck is really unbalanced. Slivers aren't really built for aggro in 2014. Sliver construct is not really useful. Megantic Sliver may be a little more expensive, but it is well worth the cost, especially with Manaweft Sliver. Bonescythe Sliver is also fairly important if you are wanting to deal damage quickly. I do love Thorncaster Sliver, so It should definitely stay. Also, I know most people don't like it, but Groundshaker Sliver may be a good addition, in cast someone kills your Thorncasters. Plus, since you have the right mana, Boros Charm is an excellent addition for the indestructible to keep slivers alive against supreme verdict and such. Finally, I know it is expensive price-wise, but Garruk, Caller of Beasts' card draw is invaluable midgame. If you want a different perspective, you can check out my sliver deck that went 8-2 at my local tournament.

Two things I like in a golgari deck. Mulch, for early game land grabs, and Jarad's orders, so you can always grab the creature you need and put an extra slitherhead in your graveyard. Also, boneyard wurm is a solid card for any deck that gets a lot of creatures in the graveyeard quickly. Just some suggestions if you're interested.
I have to be honest though, I'm not a big fan of scavenge. The ability is too expensive to be truly useful. If you want a stronger golgari deck, I would suggest something more like this...

most of them wouldn't. I'm trying to keep it standard post rotation, and honestly everything so far is 2014. It's just a concept for now that I am trying to turn into a tournament worthy deck. I do like the spirit mantle idea though. I'll look into that. I just like brave the elements because it is cheap to play, an instant, and protects all my white creatures, not just one.

Por que no las dos? Phytoburst does not cost any more than titanic growth mana wise, and it gives you an extra option for mid game draw. That extra one damage on your own turn could mean the difference between losing and winning.

Path of bravery would be excellent in this deck, and it is not too expensive, price wise. Strionic Resonator is a little more pricey, but it is perfect to use with lifelink.

Why do you need defense when you can just unsummon or rift your opponents creatures. Or, better yet, add fog.

For a pauper deck, this is something that could do some serious damage quickly. I like it. What you may want is one or two bigger creatures, or something with some card draw for midgame, since most of your cards are low mana cost.

This is a Simic deck I could get into. I might add Verdant Haven to go with that Abundant Growth, and keep it standard post rotation, if you want to.
Hey, I need some advice. Could you take a look at this for me?

This looks like a deck I would enjoy. The only thing I would add is Sphinx's Revelation. It would let you draw a lot of cards midgame to give you a solid hand for Righteous Authority. I'm also not a fan of Syoncopate. If you are going to use it, you will most likely be spending at least 3 mana. In that case, I would just use Cancel. That way it is countered regardless. I think I would also use Galerider Sliver instead of Cloudfin, as weird as it sounds. There is only one creature that would cause the cloudfin to evolve and you will most likely have an enchantment or two one it so it wouldn't evolve anyway. Just my thoughts.

This looks like it could be a really good deck. The only thing I really see is protection, or lack of. If someone kills your main creature you are screwed. Supreme verdict would also be a problem. I would suggest adding something with regenerate, like Lotleth Troll, or indestructible, like Predator Ooze. I would also look into Bioshift. Pairing that with Corpsejack Menace would make a beast of a creature really quickly. Since you are running an overrun deck, you may want to consider upping the creature count and taking some of the instants out. I would also add more of the Menace, since his ability can stack.

ABSOLUTELY!!! SLIVER DECKS CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING BUT SLIVERS!!1! There, now I played the part of the jackass.
But seriously, Slivers are better with just slivers, but sometimes there are other things, say mana, that are useful in the deck as well.
