I've thought about putting the hydra in. I've actually decided to go with Armada Wurm instead. I'm going to have some fun with populate.

I would take out one emissary, one experiment one and one rampager. Your creatures self buff so its not as difficult to pump them up. And with Garruk, I just like him because of his card draw ability, not so much the ultimate. Although, being able to cast a desecration demon for free is a wonderful ability. That one is up to you though, you might try proxying him in over Domri and see how it goes before you commit one way or the other. One creature I almost forgot is Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. He is an excellent game winner for his fling ability. If your opponent has a wall of creatures you can't get past then he will seal the deal, maybe a card for the sideboard.

Lotleth Troll always works well in a deck like this. It lets you discard late game weenies and pump up a regenerating trampler. I also like Garruk over Domri Rade for card draw and his emblem helps a creature-centric deck.

Wow. way to shoot down my thought. Thanks for prodding my memory though. Nice deck overall by the way.

I can see this is all standard, but pairing Exquisite Blood with Sanguine Bond is a guaranteed win until it rotates out.

As much mana ramp as you play in this deck, you should be able to get out 2 5/5 tramplers by turn 4. I'd say that's pretty aggro.

Ok then, makes sense. What about Armada Wurm?

I love the concept. The only thing I think would help this deck is Soulmender. I know it seems underpowered, but the one life gain when you have Archangel on the field is just a thing of beauty. And just as a side note, not nearly as important, but with the potential life gain in this deck, Angelic Accord would also be a solid add, since you can populate with Trostani, copy the angel, and get another angel just off the life gain from that.

Alright. Now looking at this, the only thing you may want is some card draw. The new Garruk or some blue draw cards may be useful when you hit midgame, since you will only be able to play what you draw. Otherwise, I want this deck!

Cyclonic Rift the Rest in Peace, then counter it with something like Counter Squall, which is my favorite Dimir counter.

I didn't even realize that bit. In that vein, though, if you wanted a few more options, Quicksilver Amulet and Cryptic Gateway are excellent for casting large creatures on the cheap, plus they are artifacts, so much more difficult to kill than the Piper.

Geralf's Messenger Fixes the lack of Zombies Problem and gives you a replacement for Ashmouth, Since he really doesn't do much for the deck.

No problem. My nephew has a very similar deck I helped him put together.

Until it rotates out, Blood Artist paired with Sanguine Bond works deliciously well in a sacrifice deck.

You should think about mutavault to go with that Descendants' Path, in case something happens to your amoeboid.

If you are thinking of splashing anything, I would suggest green. Garruk, Caller of Beast's emblem is a wicked combo with the Scourge. Plus it allows great midgame draw.

If I were you, I would drop the Mastiff and add Imposing Sovereign. I know it doesn't have lifelink, but it's and excellent stall until you can get your important creatures out. I also like Strionic Resonator for this type of deck, to copy Archangel's ability. I've built something similar, with more mana ramp and less weeny-ness. check it out if you want to see how it works.

I'm so glad to see a Sliver deck that doesn't try to run Door of Destinies. That being said, I don't think Primeval Bounty is really necessary either. ALso, I don't think Syphon Sliver is all that great, since you don't have Groundshaker Sliver in here. I would honestly remove the black, replace it with red and use Thorncaster Sliver, Replace doom blade with Shock and Dark Prophecy with Garruk, Caller of Beasts. Thats just my opinion though. If you have been having luck with this then more power to you.
