So monoblack is my favorite deckstyle, because I love the "surrender to the black" type attitude, and monoblack control has always been a favorite archetype, so I did my best to recreate that here.Pain seer is clearly not as good as Bob but he will have to do for now.I love having three targeted disruption spells in standard now. These can really set your opponent back. It's a good feeling.Kill spells out your ass. 12 targeted, two wipers. This should be able to handle any (and all) threats that make it onto the board.I chose squelching leeches because it reminds me of a mini-korlash heir to the blackblade, who is a major powerhouse is modern MBC. While it doesn't have the cool ramp ability, it's not legendary so you can drop two at a time, which is kinda cool.Finally, you've got waste not. It's very powerful when used correctly and it can easily win you a game, but it might also be a bit cloggy at 3. I'm not sure.Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this deck.
