the issue is the need to sac an artifact. i realize you have the artifacts there but is it really that common for you to have them?? you then have to account for the cost of the artifact as well so really it is 3 mana over 2 turns for 3 1/1s as opposed to 2 mana on one turn for 2 1/1a

i loke it. i have a very similar deck.

you might consider a voracious dragon or 2, they come in handy if for some reason shit goes to the late game

Id switch out rorix bladewing for the volcanic dragons and maybe add in a few of the slumbering dragon.

belbes portal is similar to the amulet execpt it is creature type locked, cost one more to cast and one less to activate.... so depending on the circumstances could be helpful

im assuming you will have 2-3 dragon in hand so when you play him you can reveal them. it works with dragon storm as well since the ampliphy text reads "when he comes into play so youll be able to search for him and put him into play then reveal as many dragon as you have in your hand and he'll get 3 counters for each

or just kobolds which could keep with the red idea. also dragon hatchling is a nice small dragon.

there is also kilnmouth dragon which gets ampliphied by all the dragons in hand and can do alot of damage by just tapping

a few thoughts.
you really should only need 20 land.
goblin war strike is really good when you get krenko
while vexing devil is awesome it doesnt help you much with your other goblin cards. maybe consider a few legion loyalists.
chancellor of the forge can be a great finisher esp if you already have krenko out, as can voracious dragon.

it is also important to note that with chandras ultimate ability, any x cost will be equal to zero. just something to keep in mind.

a fair point on the mana but truely and hybrid mana is going to be better than evolving wilds.

if you are finding yourself with extra mana late game and want to use that with a dragon consider

in this case for the same mana you are getting at least 6 damage to any source you want as opposed to getting another turn. i thing they are both viable options but that flameblast might give you a bit more versitility, since you dont have to use all that mana so you can play another spell and do damage.

you mana curve is a bit off for my taste too. a deck like this should have higher numbers of your one and 2 mana drops and lower numbers of your 4 and above. like you should have 4 legion loyalist, and maybe cut down on your number of creatures that cost above 4. like do you need 2 tajic and 2 spark trooper and 2 aurelia and 2 angelic skirmishers. just saying you might consider dropping a few of those down to one one each or keeping 2 but cutting one or 2 of them all together.

I know it is a sucky decision to have to make but you will end up having alot more creatures on the board alot faster and actually be able to utilize the battalion mechanic..

personally my girlfriends deck (which i have helped out alot on) has only one aurelia and one angelic skirmisher, and while she draws them less often, she almost always has a one drop and a 2 drop and a three drop and keep dropping these small creatures that get battalion boosts throughout the game and they can very quickly swarm you (especially when a righteous charge gets used as i mentioned above . it works out so well that we got a second angelic skirmisher in a booster and we had to have a discussion on whether the deck could support 2 of them. we still havnt decided one way or another.

my point is your curve might want to lean alittle more toward the loer cost cards

lol thats fair i guess but for 3 mana it almost always adds at least 6 damage. ive seen this card turn a totally winnable game into an embarrassing loss in one turn by allowing a player to swing for the likes of 18 damage lol

ok so you only really need 20 land especially with all the hybrid land you have. in a 2 color deck ive found that cards like evolving wilds are pretty useless. I'd cut those altogether and add in the dragons maze shock lands (the ones that come into play tapped unless you pay 2 life

for creatures you might consider...
goblin goon
orgg
will o the wisp (as a resilient blocker)
invader parasite is good but also pretty expensive at CMC 5
consider maybe only one or 2 invader parasites and adding in a dragon that can do more damage over time.
i highly recommend rorix bladewing

also consider
poison the well
dingus egg

righteous charge can be pretty devestating in a boros deck

have to disagree with ash zealot being so important. only very helpful against golgari decks. id much rather have skyknights helping me attack with 3 on turn 3
