I would recommend some dual/tri lands because a three colored deck really needs them, especially an aggro deck
I think he can mill people with howling mine and avoid getting decked by his own Howling mines by discarding Emrakul
I think its a nice deck, but I would add some spot removal, because you might not be able to wrath with an exemplar out all the time
maybe honor of the pure
try adding Nettle Sentinel, Glimpse of Nature and Heritage Druid
maybe Manamorphose to get more storm count and draw a card to continue casting spells? I dont play storm, but maybe add blue for cheap cantrips like brainstorm and ponder. These will both build up storm count but also help to get to the cards you need to win. I know they are used in ANT

this is just my oppinion, but I think you need a beatstick. You cant just kill your opponent by taking over his creatures, at least it would be difficult.

nice U/W controlldeck, maybe some drawspells to ensure you get the right cards and maybe a beatstick
maybe goblin assault w. glory of warfare? I have seen a guy on youtube use the synenergy between those cards
