Thanks x) The nice part is that it is relatively cheap for tourney. Most is usually kicking around in one deck or another if someone wanted to build it.

I really haven't had a difficult time drawing them. Will add if it becomes an issue.
Thanks for the rest

where you have splashed red, you may consider seismic assualt/shock volley to combo with a life from loam
noxious revivial will also allow you to retrieve things from the GY if you find you need it
also destroy opponent land with ghost quarters/tectonic edge more fuel for the deatright
seeing the bloodghast makes me think hellspark elemental- has haste already...just something to think about

working on a tourney if you could take a look? mostly need sideboard ideas i think...still having troubles

sideboard some artifact destruction and such to protect from things that remove your entire graveyard-tormod's crypt
if you wanted to stay budget and go modern switch the buried alive for grisly salvage n such

trying to really fine tune this. check it when you can? thanks

the card the comes to mind when I see this is shard volley. it would the same way as the assault - toss land, loam land back, snap volley back and repeat

Thanks for the suggestions.
This deck started as a casual-budget-tax with stuff I had lying around and turned into this eventually, so some of the cards were just the skeleton it used to be/what worked well vs my friends that I've had a hard time swapping out because against them it works xD will try this new set up out.

I have a feeling this eventually will turn into a B/W deck with the same idea

bant is usually good for art. u/b allows for the darker feeling
i personally favor the art from the shadowmoor, lorwyn, and shards of alara blocks
wydwen the biting gale comes to mind at the moment

ramp them with any/combo of these? alpha status, door of destinies, or coat of arms
I know awaken the bear has bear in the name, but predator's strike does the same for less mana
i second the wearbear as well

take a look at this if you get the chance - thanks

a possible answer to the self hate is trading a goyf for a whip of erebos? keep you in the game a bit with the life gain and allow you to pull stuff back from the graveyard. a good pounding from a goyf with lifelink can set a burn deck reeling if it is built to win fast and doesnt have a lot of mid-late game answers

with the double mana you may want to consider xenagos, the reveler and the sylvan caryatid vs the mystics

have you thought of including sarkhan? 4/4 flyers, card cycling, and CR removal

Nvm on the dismember ... i was hoping to pop it off early enough with the phyrexian mana to have early advantage/wipe for some fast fatty aggro decks. It just doesnt flow how I wanted it.

I agree all the way.
I had it in the deck originally and occasionally ran into some issues with it being dbl black along with some of the other cards having dbl colors. the echo allows for more versatility in my mana down and does what I need it to do for the combo

I've actually been playing around with dismember for the combo as well...
thanks

I actually run a casual modern deck with khalia. I used to have it on here
any way the play i win most from is blinding flare, swing khalia> tease out the master of cruelties, magma jet
you may consider oros the avenger as most everything you play won't be killed by him, yet he can wipe a board of most CRs they can block with if he is teased out early game
lightning greaves and whispersilk cloak are things to consider as well

Can you take a look at these when you get the chance?

that is a casual deck based off land sac and graveyard play

this I've been toying with. Junk Modern Tourney

thanks

I've got a gob deck that fairs very well. If you're not worried about cash I suggest the coat of arms. Rabblemaster and wardriver are very effective as well. This is the link to my gob deck to give you more ideas
