I would use Ordeal, but it takes way to long to use (3 turns or something). I'll look into Dynacharge.
No, adding more copies will make this deck worse. Omniscience takes 10 mana to cast, it will be better to sideboard it and use it when you get ten mana. Edit: If you really want to mainboard it (you really shouldn't) then at least add 1-2 more, so you'll have a better chance of getting it. If not, then you should sideboard one of them. Besides, it will be highly unlikely that you will ever get 7 blue mana. When you do, it'll be at least turn 7+
Because you only have one of them. The odds of getting Omniscience is pretty low.
You may want to sideboard Omniscience.

Once Return to Ravnica goes out of Standard, this deck won't work anymore.

No problem. And, if you want more removal, you could go with Dreadbore or Hero's Downfall.
I would trade out Titan's Strength for Furious Resistance. Titan's Strength: Pros - Cheap, +3/+1, Scry ability. Cons - Scry ability is kind of weak.Furious Resistance: Pros - Cheap, +3/+0, First Strike. Cons - No scry.Furious Resistance is better than Titan's Strength, unless you absolutely want the Scry ability. Madcap Skills could be a good replacement too.
I would really hate to play this deck. You can gain so much life that it's terrifying. Anyway, have you thought about using Elixir of Immortality?
No problem. I absolutely love him due to him having death touch and first strike, and the other ability that it has is awesome as well. The only problem is that it is 6$. Edit: Ok. Nevermind. Master of Cruelties is not that expensive. It is a low of 2.65$ and an average of 3.99$. Not bad.
March 14, 2014 -- Update----------------------------------------4x Book Burning+4x Sonic Burst---------------------------------------I thought Book Burning did 6 damage to target player and made them put the top 6 cards of his/her library onto their graveyard. I read the card wrong, so I thought it was better than it actually was.
