I'm testing the druid and he is freaking AWESOME so far. Great with Zarek too. Thanks again!

Thragtusk instead of scion? Better synergy with deputy of aquittals and overall more value. Or at least sideboard thrag

Its not a matter of knowing how to use it, its about how the opportunity will be presented. In some situations its useless, in others its ineffective. Rancor is more versatile and reliable, especially since its recurrable. All you need is a creature.

What I would do is take out gyre sage, move the rancors to the mainboard, and put 3 putrefy and a cyclonic rift in the sideboard.

Pumps would be good, but bioshift wouldn't. Rancor in the mainboard would be better, maybe instead of gyre sage, considering you don't need much ramp and the one drops are more efficient evolvers

I think I like that. Ive been testing gyre sage but it wasn't getting me anything until I had already hit the sweet spot (biomancer being the sweetness). ZTD can get mana right away and thats perfect. Thanks :) if only birds of paradise was still standard...haha

Wolfir silverheart is nuts with master biomancer. So is progenitor mimic. Either one would be a nice add if you find room

Sweet. Even one win against bant hexproof is impressive. Rat deck?

Sounds like a plan, tell us how it goes :)

Nah, its inconsistent and takes up a turn when this deck would rather drop a creature. If it sent them to the graveyard/cookie monsters mouth it would be worth it, but presently I don't think it is

If you run this, drop signal the clans for another rancor and another putrefy. Any of the three decks would be good for game day, it all depends on the opponent. However, I must say blood baron of WIN has more versatility and can sustain itself longer with all of the lifegain. If you want to play it safe, go with baron. If you think big creatures and aggro will be better for your meta, use this. If you want to catch people completely off guard, go with mill

It would be better if you didn't have to pay for the guildmages ability the same turn. You would need 8 mana to deal 4 damage and gain 2 life, while you could deal 8 and gain 8 with the same amount... if you can get 10+ mana the combo is great, but that's really hard to do without ramp. I'd use the guildmage for the lifelink if anything and just pay the x for debt, not the same turn

I like cartel aristocrat in here. I know it would look more like my list, but blood artist is a major combo piece, and if you can get your hands on a few throw them in. He makes sacrificing creatures so much more satisfying.

Wow this is awesome. I'd consider using maybe 2 boros charm to save your reckoner and soldier tokens from blasphemous act. I know the act alone should be enough to win, but it gives you a back up plan just in case they survive/save their own creatures

Instead of black I'd splash blue for vorel and maybe sapphire drake. Flying hydras FTW

With only one creature that gets counters, vorel seems a bit redundant...maybe a six drop like zegana to top out the curve would be more relevant. If not, huntmaster, wolfir silverheart, and thundermaw work nicely in this deck.
