Don't get me wrong it's a great card but I don't want to splash black, it just complicates things. Plus I already have 4 in my BW deck :-)

Plus Reach Thru Mists is doubly useful for the draw and the fact it triggers Teller Of Tales. Plus you can splice on Psychic Puppetry.
Lawkeeper i think i'll have to leave out as it's neither a spirit nor a flyer so doesn't benefit from the Drogskol Captain or Favourable Winds. Nice idea though. And I prefer Midnight Haunting in this case as it's an instant, you can get out some pesky spirits as emergency blockers, that could potentially be 3/3 or bigger by turn 4.

I like the idea. I'm trying to create a UW bounce deck with ninjas. Should be posted soon. I'd say the creatures need filtering a bit, lose the 1 or 2 creatures and get some more bunches of 4s, and smooth out the curve.
Replace Damnations with 2 Death Pit Offering Add 4 Stranglewood Geist
Strangleroot Geist Bone Shards Altar's Reap Golgari Germination all work really well with undying so does Death Pit Offering Nantuko Husk or another creature with a sacrifice ability works really well. Maelstrom Pulse

Thanks! I want to keep this deck modern legal so all my decks are fairly evenly balanced. I don't think culling the weak is legal...looks like Exodus expansion, at least on the card search on this site.

Yeah that's true. I've been tempted to SB the Blowfly infestation and put a couple of Maelstrom Pulses into the main deck. Or maybe some extra lands.

Thanks! The only reason I SB the Executioner's Capsule is that I never know when I'll be up against a black deck, in which case they're useless. Once I know the opponent's deck has other colors I swap them in for the spellbombs.
