It's in the side deck for sure, I like that one a lot especially if I can put that on a blind zealot...which is pretty much the thing that has to be out to win..any suggestions to help that out?I also want to keep this one at a 3 mana max if possible
Honestly I think you could do better as far as creatures go, maybe some better one drops like gnarled scarhide , Diregraf ghoul, gravecrawler, and maybe some cheap removal like Dismember. These may not be as exciting as some of your choices, but it may make your deck more consistent. :)

With Dark prophecy in mind, you might want to consider bone splinters instead because i find victim of night too limited
I like that bone splinters with dark prophecy can help me dig through the deck, however it's only a sorcery, for kill spells I prefer instant speed stuff, definitely going in the sideboard though, thanks!
Also you should check dash hopes, it's like the browbeat for black
