Use Jhoira to cast expensive things early, like Djinn Illuminatus, Melek, Izzet Paragon, or my favorite, Firemind's Foresight. Upkeep shenanigans-Paradox haze- remove two time counters each turn, two Galvanoth triggers. Use nivix guildmage to keep Galvanoth going with the draw a card, discard a card ability. Thassa let's me scry on my upkeeps to help out. Melek will also copy all the spells that Galvanoth casts. These combos are pretty easy to get going with all the scry and card draw I use. Turns are can be very long with all the triggers. Braid of Fire also gets two counters and triggers twice as well, combo with Leyline of Anticipation/Vedalken Orrery and if I can cut something Hypersonic Dragon. Charmbreaker Devils will also trigger twice.
