I think you're really wasting your time with Skittles.. these decks need to be speedy and skittles isn't that. You could sideboard him against control, but I would throw in another Garruk in his place.

Check out my tourny infect, runs like a charm: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=154850

It's not B/G, but maybe it'll give some ideas for speed.

I would replace the spellbombs with Horizon Spellbomb, it'll help with your lands. Other one drops that essentially do the same thing:

Lay of the Land
Diligent Farmhand
Wayfarer's Bauble
One With Nature
Wanderer's Twig

Scute Mob is a good one drop if you decide to use ramp in this.

Also, try some dual lands: Rootbound Crag, Stomping Ground, Wooded Foothills, Copperline Gorge

Hornet Stings are unneeded, I would add another Bolt and another Fog instead

I would run Vines of Vastwood over Giant Growth, it gives you a little protection against spot removal and it pumps more than giant growth.

Forget what I said about the lands, didn't read all the info.

Gigadrowse is great in orb decks.

Other than that, try getting some fetches or dual lands: Misty Rainforest, Breeding Pool

That sounds good. Sideboard white for DoJ, etc.

This deck needs a white splash and Terra Eternal or it's going to be ripped apart by removal.

Have you tested this at all against Tezz? I feel like Creeping Corrosion would benefit you a lot more than hurt in that case. Maybe sideboard?

I agree, Livewire Lash is more for pump decks, this is a ping deck

How about Dragonskull Summit? Could help land fix a lil' bit.

I haven't read all of the comments, but if you're still looking for bi-color lands, try Scalding Tarn and Steam Vents. They're two of the best Blu/Red lands you can get.

And if you need card suggestions for a sideboard, you could start with Go For The Throat.

I feel like you could replace either Inquisition of Kozilek or BoP with Lotus Cobra and be better off with all of the fetchlands in here. Looks very good otherwise, goodjob.

I don't plan on this being anything but casual so restricted doesn't bother me in that sense.

This is interesting to say the least.. how quick is a usual Praetor's Counsel in this deck?

Oh, this is a problem.. you need 1 drops i.e. Pulse Tracker and Lacerator..
Take out the Blood Seekers and Ascensions and Sorins, -8 lands +8 fetchlands
drop 1 or 2 captivating vampires, +2,3 tutelage

Math is probably wrong. work around it.

TBH, this deck is fast enough not to have skittles in it.. other than against maybe control decks you won't even use him most of the time. I would sideboard him and take out the black knights for 4x Necropedes and a couple septic rats or a couple vatmothers

Why Black Knights? Why not something like Septic Rats or something?

It's an attempt at a rogue discard/control deck.. It actually plays quite well.
