Use the card emerka to play your big creatures that cost a lot of mana and if your opponet is dumb enough to play a card of his own then you get two creatures. and you have counter spells to get rid of any early threats

I really like the potential of Eureka and Show and Tell. And this deck uses it well. But think you are missing out some of the brokeness of Eureka and Show and Tell in that you have not included any artifacts or enchantments to get out for free. Lightning Greaves, Blightsteel Colosuss and Decree of Silence are some cards that come to mind.
