Forgot about vial. Just a thought... Instead of red, why not add green for naturalize, abrupt decay etc. Would still be able to play Mage, although I'd lose out on dreadbore and slaughter games (unless the deck became jund), but the trade off might be worth it. Thoughts?

I have no idea either.... This would be a lot easier if I was on a computer instead of a phone.

This is a very similar list to the bant deck that I run. I can agree on -1 elspeth/ugin/haven/dig...not sure what I'd add, maybe 1-2 land and craters claws. Deflecting palm is possible.
Funny play in a tournament I did... -2 narset, end hostilities, swing myth.

Have you thought of testing this with a re animate shell (orzhov or esper)?

Not sure if you intended the yugioh/duel masters reference, but I got it. Hmm... Basically modified azorius (W/U) control.... Off the top of my head I'll suggest supreme verdict, path to exile and healing hands. Counters could be, remand, dissolve, dissipate, negate, render silent, etc...

Updated the deck. Only issue with extirpate is my mana base, no way to cast it. I like macabre, almost put wraith in the original build. Would consider spirit guide if I could get a decent return with it. What would you suggest?

Even so, I posted a standard format mono blue infinite combo deck for under $10 (no rares) that hasn't really been noticed. I think even with a budget tag the decks owner is the biggest factor.

Normally will tap one then the second if there is a response. Made a deck like this with lands using mesmeric orb and basalt manalith.
