I think what he means by "standard" is what you would expect a Mono White Knight deck to be, not the legality.

The Blight Dragon might be something up your ally. He's a good late game bomb. Also look into Vampire's Bite. +3/+0 for 1 mana? High Plague Stinger, you're not a 4/1 with lifelink!

I really don't see a way to easily bring out either of the two cards. You have a 4/60 chance of getting either of those in the opening hand. Maybe Diabolic Tutor?

The devour is really nice, especially with Fodder. I might also add in Mudbutton Torchrunner too, because (if you can sac 4 when playing Voracious) that's a total of 20 damage you deal on the spot.
Loss of life is just -loss of life-, as in damage as well. Still working, but I'm going to be taking out the Frost for Frost Titan and a few other 2+ power creature.

Now let's take a look at what you said. No, it leaves him with 18 mana sources. The fetch lands bring things into play untapped. I'm not saying lose Basic lands, I'm saying drop from 23 to 20. That's 3 goddamn lands. The curve 5, with that being only two cards in the deck. 20 is a fine number. Staggershock costs a good 3 for a kicked Burst. It's fine, but there's better cards in Standard. Since doesn't have a sideboard I assume this isn't for tourney, so Pyroclasm or something more effective in wiping out masse. People have jumped between the 2-3 for the swords for a while. CAW blade use to run 3 but went down to 2 and back up to 3 and back down to 2. It's varying depending on how much they are your win condition.
You might want to look into some more Kor. Kor Duelist and add in some Brave the Elements!
kaim, quit being harassing people. seriously, Try and lower the land to 20 and add a sword each. Staggershock only became good because of things like Kiln Fiend, so I'd drop that and add another 1 sword each, putting you at 9 artifacts instead of 3.
Maybe try out Goblin Chieftan?
