Balance is banned in Legacy I believe.
I'd drop Juniper for something less costly. Maybe Knotive Paladin or Steward of Valeron.

Dragon Roost is a bit costly to play and then it's ability is also hard to pull off. Dragon Breath's only likable thing is haste, since most dragons are already pumped.
I, personally, do not think that Kiln Fiend is better than Spitfire. You can block Kiln Fiend while Spitfire is harder to get around.
Since this is totally legacy, here are some tips; Oblivion Ring, Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshare, and Journey to Nowhere. Knights need removal spells. Lose Knight of Cliffhaven and add Knight of Medowgrain. A quick 2/2 lifelink first strike is great. Lower Pentarch Paladin to 2 and add in 1 more Mirran Crusader and 1 more White Knight. Lose the 3 Pacifism for Oblivion Ring. Add in Darksteel Plate and Day of Judgment/Wrath of God for board clears. You could also run Leonin Skyhunter for Flying priority.
4 Mind Sculptor? Really? Lower to 2 and add in 2 more Blightsteel for ultimatium effect
Sun Titan for late game bomb if you can't destroy them immediately.
Lower land count to 20, maybe 19. Put in 1 more Kargan 1 More Inferno Titan Burn the Impure side deck No Heat Ray, Seismic Shudder, or Spire Barrage. Get more Pyroclasm, Slagstorm, Arc Trail, and Forked Bolt. 1 More Searing Blaze Comet Storm would work Kiln Fiend would also be nice for creature damage. Leyline of Punishment instead of Punishing Fire.
Primal Below may be a good edition.
No, 20 land is alright. I, personally, would drop to 18, but 20 is fine.
You need a lot more continuity. Pisitus Strike and Leaf Arrow should be sideboard. Fog should be x4 and so should Primal Below. Replace Boar Umbra for Bear Umbra. Bring Acidic Slime down to 2, bumpt Warcaller to 3, and Archdruid to 4. Lose Greenweaver elf and add more Gaea's Revenge to the mix. Giant Growth x3 in spells.

I suggest adding in Rot Wolf. He's a great draw card for green infect decks, albeit it costs 2G to play.
Oh my god, that is an almost EXACT recreation of my first deck ever. The only things it's missing is Shape of the Wiitigo. :D
