For sure, this is a buddy's deck I put up to play around with, he wants some help improving it. Personally I run a B/W Ally deck, Kabira Evangel is ridiculously good.
For this deck I agree with you, I like the Diabolist and Theif, but the idea behind the Mimic Vat is being able to continue playing Allies even if you aren't drawing them from the deck. Is there a much more efficient card to do this with? (Door of Destinies isn't incredibly important in this deck, could prolly be replaced with an extra Diabolist and Theif)

in terms of mask of avacyn, i'd rather use Swiftfoot Boots just because it's cheaper and i don't need the extra +1/+2. That said, i'm also not sure if theres room for protection outside of kill spells which i haven't fit in yet. In terms of roof top storm, i'm a little torn. it works great with havengul lich, and also frees up mana for the many tap abilities im running, and spells cast with dralnu. i think ill pull endless ranks of the dead (not extremely useful in this deck and throw in a couple extra removal/protection.

sorry one more thing. urza's incubator? you really don't run the same creature types (artifact creature is not a creature type, but a card type) Semblance Anvil is more the card you are looking for =)

I second this, unwinding clock almost immediately came to mind after looking through this. it could almost be better than voltaic key with steel overseer depending on how other many players there are. doubling season is brilliant, as well as vigor if you want to go green instead of white. also minion reflector, because arcbound counters transfer after a free attack. lots of stuff you can do with this.

Im glad they set up Modern as a format, I'm tired of the standard, everyone runs the same damn best combos and its like watching the same TV show on repeat til the next expansion comes out haha. Its also better than extended in my opinion. That said, people runs some crazy decks, you would have to play people and see how it goes.

I like this a lot actually, it speaks wonders in its simplicity. Run a couple Kinsbaile Cavalier and pull a couple Honor of the Pure, having 4 of them and 4 Wilt-Leaf Lieges is a little overkill. Maybe a couple harrows to help mana spread, help mana accel, and finally help out Knight of Reliquary.

This is one of those decks that just works, surprisingly. There are so many ways to deal damage, build an army, and piss off an opponent I can't begin to go into it. Most brilliant of all is that I went to the card store and got out of there with all the cards that I still needed for $17.50. (basically everything but the Dominus', already had a couple).

I love this idea for a deck, all i would suggest is Overwhelming Stampede instead of Overrun, its easier to play in multicolored decks, it's the same mana cost, and since you are running large (boosted) creatures anyway it'll be a bigger threat.

Hey man, it's been a while I know, but I can really only do this in my free time, and between work and university I've had none. But I've re-entered the scene, and I'm liking what I'm seeing.

Firstly I'd like to thank Magic for coming up with Sword of Feast and Famine, for this very deck in particular. If I don't need to run Nature's Will, then I don't have to run green, and the end game of this deck becomes reliable and mean. It did mean I had to take out the Swords of Fire and Ice, which I love dearly, but unfortunately they didn't add enough here. Which has me wondering what to do with those Sparkspitters since they're obviously not as good. I'll leave em in for now.

On a second note, I have started building the last of this series (DEADLY SINS), and I love your idea of the stasis deck, nothing would fit better :). Honestly it took me a while to see the point of even using it since it also means that you yourself are screwed when your shit is tapped. Then I discovered Vedalken Mastermind and Despotic Scepter and I felt silly. This idea is awesome.

I'll post the rest of them up here within the next couple days, your comments are helpful, and helpful comments to be lacking around this community, so anything is appreciated. Thx man.

I run a similar deck, and the only thing I would suggest otherwise are boon reflections. But, and I know you don't need to hear it again haha, but work on that consistency. If for nothing else, the sanguine bonds.

Yeah I would really just have to play and see. I think I might swap the two Symbiosis' back out for the Predatory Advantages just because it is more flavorful, but between the two its a tossup. Predatory is a bit more expensive to play, but would rape in multiplayer. On the other hand I'm not sure how much use I'd get out of em. And Symbiosis would be great, but if I have a slow game I would hate to draw them. Since this isn't a built deck (YET! :-p) I'll put the others back. The other dragon I had in here (Predator Dragon I think) def had to go tho.

OK, an actual run through:

Nature's will + Aggravated Assault = Classic infinite attack
add a Splinter Twin = Infinite Creatures
add Sword of Fire and Ice + Sparkspitter = Infinite Creatures (well, for as many cards as you have left in your deck) - Also the sword will allow you to draw til hearts content, this may be important for mana
add Obsidian Fireheart = all enemy lands are now on fire

With Thundermare there is no more game.

Please help me make this a little more quick and reliable!!

I'm building that kind of deck for envy, I figured it would work better. This is mainly because of the pirates and profiteer. In it's own right this deck is a bitch to play against.

The biggest problems finding things are for Lust and Pride. I had to take a break after I caught myself searching MTGs sexiest creature cards for lust. When you know its bad hahaha. But if you can think of anything it would be a help.
