Interesting build. Treekfolk Harbinger would seem right at home here, but that would further tip the balance into green which might be problematic.

That is a good idea, extra chances of getting Doran out on time is probably worth the slightly smaller body. I am not sure which of the 1-drops would be better to replace; losing the incidental life gain from the god-pharaoh's chosen seems fine even if the harbinger is smaller, but removing the ancestor would really reduce the need for early black mana. I think the grazer is worth keeping if only because it can trade with delvers and dragon's rage channelers.
Agreed. That calls into question the use of Urborg though, as you're now just splashing black and don't need it for any combo pieces. Something like horizon canopy makes more sense to me as is, but that's just me.
