I have Avacyn listed in the sideboard to show her as the commander and in the main deck so I could user her picture for the decklist.
Have you tested this? How well does it work?
In your description you mentioned using Ratchet Bombs but I don't see any listed in your deck or sideboard.Also a fun experiment if you're using ratchet bomb is to put a Curse of the Swine or 2 in to deal with some of those 'destroy' resistant creatures out there. Thassa or Nylea got you down? Turn them into bacon and ratchet bomb them... I haven't actually play tested that though.
If you want to play this in regular commander, swap out the darksteel ingot and mindstone for a mana vault and a sol ring. Also I would consider using a darksteel forge if you have one (I don't so I didn't include it). The forge makes your artifacts resistant to your own wrath effects from Nevinyrral's Disk or Planar Cleansing... it also makes your Platinum Angel fairly difficult to deal with when you don't have Avacyn out.
Wow, I had not realized the fetchlands had increased so much in value. Substituting for other dual lands should work just as well.
