Deck Description

Chuck a spell or two, with your own bare hands!
Who needs minions to do their bidding anyway?

This is a Budget Deck (BD for short). It is meant primarily for casual play, and its estimated mid value is aimed to land between 10 and 20 US dollars at most. Take this detail into consideration when browsing the deck!

I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills.

So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.

How to Play

This deck is a concept I have spun around again and again. It's main purpose is to win via Burning Vengeance and a lot of Flashback / Retrace spells, while keeping enemy creatures at bay with removal.

The first thing you should do is to get your hands on Burning Vengeance. Once you do, you should start blasting people with repeated Firebolts and Flame Jabs, as well as lands "thrown" using Seismic Assault.

Keep an eye out for enemy actions, and use sideboard when needed to edit the deck!

Pros:
+ Once gets going, might become quite hard to stop.

+ You can ignore your opponents' creature removal cards.

Cons:
- Requires constant concentration on the game to work out well. Not too casual!
- Quite vulnerable to enchantment removal!

Deck discussion for BD: Creature-Free Control

Think Twice could be replaced with Radical Idea.
Risk Factor, Sonic Assault or Geistflame Reservoir could also be worth a look.

Also, how do you link the pics to the cards like that, I've never known how

Two rectangular brackets before and after the cards name: [[CARDNAME]]
Tough doesn't work then the cards name has an apostrophe in it's name and it doesn't work in the forums or when you do descriptions.

I like Thought Scour in here, as you want food for the grave and you can mill yourself.

Good ideas, both of you.
I added a couple to the sideboard for now.
