How to Play

Fog repeatedly and constantly.
Stall your demise.
Play Tamiyo or Jace.
Have them Planeswalker it up.
Keep playing fogs.
Replenish your library using your graveyard.
Fog some more.
Running out of fogs?
Of course not!
More fog.
Pick up the table your opponent just flipped.
More fog.
Did I forget to mention repeated card draw? ('Tis a must!)
Fog.
Mill.
Win.

Deck discussion for Turbo-Fog (budget-ish)

Sounds terribly annoying. I love it!

venser's journal is too slow. it doesn't help you nearly as much as it hurts you for being a brick in your hand till you can play it. howling mine works much better. you only need 1 elixir of immortality, as you have so much "top of your deck" stuff, so take 1 out, and the 3 journals for 4 howling mines

Weak selection of Fog effects. Check out:

Respite
Moment's Peace
Constant Mists
Spore Cloud
Lull

Then I don't think blue adds anything worthwhile.

Also, while you covered combat damage, I see no answers to anything else. Besides creatures that can hurt you without attacking there are artifacts, enchantments and planeswalkers that can ruin your day. Beast Within is the removal of choice for this deck!
