Once you have one or two creatures with Exalted on the field, relentlessly swing with a creature until you get your win; it's as simple as that. There's many, many different creatures within the build, allowing for a number of different options when you go in to swing at your opponent. Your best choices will probably be Hellhole Flailer, Master of Cruelties, Vexing Devil, or Vampire Nighthawk. Once you swing at your opponent with a creature of your choice, you've got the option of using Fling to slam them for another chunk at the cost of giving up that creature. Most of the time, I find that it's worth it. Exalted's boost works until the very end of your turn, so Fling's damage will also benefit from it. There's also Pyrewild Shaman, whose Bloodrush keyword works in a similar way. Hellhole Flailer also has a built in Fling, plus Unleash. Playing your cards right, you can slam someone for pretty huge amounts of damage before they can be ready for it.
