Farseek isn't very effective as a 2 of. If you plan on running it, try doing so as a full playset. Otherwise it's kind of a wasted spot. Also, with so many enchantments, you might run ethereal armor.

I'm going to be honest, this deck you've created here is shit. Unimaginative title as well.
Drop cloudshift to run a playset of both Smiter and Arbor Elf. You don't need to be bouncing creatures like crazy. Go for consistency over novelty. Also, what's the purpose of Ground Seal in your mainboard?
If you decided to run a host of enchantments, you might as well run Ethereal Armor and just roll over people. Also, gift of Orzhova might not be bad.
A playset of Wight of Precinct Six and Jace's Phantasm would be great. Also look into the card Undying Wish. If you get consuming abberation with an undying wish attached, it's basically game.
Cartel Aristocrat makes the deck really versatile against control also. You can sac anything to keep her on the board, and she's often the card your opponent is trying to get rid of.
Also, if you go tri-color you can run gavony township.
My primary suggestion is one borne of experience. You need a sacrifice engine in a deck like this. With cards like detention sphere and sever the bloodline running about, being able to eliminate the target at instant speed is crucial. Cards like those are literally the bane of token decks. I'd recommend Cartel Aristocrat. The sacrifice engine also sets off Skirsdag Highpriest's trigger which allows you to pump out demons like a champ.
Looks solid. The only thing to watch for is playing everything out too quickly and being caught by a Verdict or something. That's mostly just getting to the deck though. I like the new list!

Wow, I actually really like this deck. Not a color combination you see that much either.
Perhaps instead of traitorous blood you could run silverblade or nearheath pilgrim. Fiend hunter might not be bad either.
Diregraf ghoul is also a really good one drop. You might try him instead of deadly allure.
Maybe Cartel Aristocrat instead of Falkenrath Noble?
You totally did, my bad, didn't read the description. Would Gather the townsfolk be better in relation to Malcontents? Gather over captain's call I mean.
I don't believe that kessig malcontents works with assemble the legions or captain's call. The tokens are technically soldiers, the race is unspecified.
The Mayor of Avabruck belongs in a deck like this as a 4 of. I like the Riders of Gavony in a list like this.

I'll definitely give it a go. Boros charm is like the jack of all trades card.
