Look up some Humanimator lists online. Humanimator really pushes the mechanics of Angel of Glory's Rise to it's limits and abuses fiend hunter and sac engines. Classic humanimator is pretty well suited to the current meta.

Wouldn't the legend rule prevent you from playing Phantasmal Image on your geist?
I know that the additional bonus from the Diregraf captain is nice, but I personally like blood artist in his role. With the amount of removal you have it seems to me that blood artist makes more sense. I love the addition of Duskmantle though.
I'd potentially drop Sigil of the Empty throne for Daybreak Coronet. It'd provide some added longevity.
Blind Obedience is pretty righteous against aggro.
I really like GoST and Trostani together, and with Biomancer that's 6 life a swing. Cool beans. No room for Rhox?
Sublime Archangel would be great.
He still gets exalted. The angels don't appear until he attacks. The exalted trigger resolves before the angels happen.
Geist of Saint Traft would be sweet in a list like this. He'd get two angels and be huge.
Without a way to put cards in your graveyard, rites is redundant. You need mulch or grisly salvage. Lotleth Troll is also excellent in a deck such a this.
Curse of thirst is awkward because you only have 4 actual curses. Mainboarding Grave Titan would be way better in my opinion.

Turn 2 Thundermaw?! Good talk. Turn 2 Selesnya Charm. My thoughts are that the combo is a little wasteful. The best part of Naya is your access to versatile creatures. Sacrificing them isn't a good plan, especially with Naya Blitz still being a thing.
Your land situation is all that I'd change. Four of each of the duals would do wonders.
You'd get more mileage out of Quirion Dryad over slaughterhorn. She get's out of control really quick.
