Why thank you.

Why isn't Skirsdaag High Priest main board? If you add a sac engine, he'd become the most brutal card in the deck.
You could use a sacrifice engine. That way you can trigger more zombies off of Xathrid Necromancer on your own accord.
Delver may not be your best choice. Experiment one could be nice. Also, Smiter is better in the current meta than Geist.
Yep Reckoner is bad. A 2-1 creature for three mana is terrible. *facepalm*
Valid. If you wanted to add black, you could use spike jester instead of legion loyalist and Dreadbore instead of skullcrack.
I'd say replace two skull crack with two exava blood witch. She's great with unleashed creatures. All those hasty shenanigans.
You're going to want to up that land count by about 5 or 6.
Selesnya Charm is probably the most versatile card in the deck...It's removal, token generation, and can save your creatures in a pinch. The populating enchantments generally result in at least one dead turn. Plus, you'd be removing a token generator.
High Priest of Penance and/or Blood Baron of Viskopa would be insane with exalted.
The four pillars are for Voice I'm guessing?
One card to consider is the new Dragon's Maze card Far//Away. Bounce and Sacrifice bundled up in one! Gets rid of otherwise annoying creatures pretty effectively.
Searing Spear or Mizzium mortars would probably be a solid plan mainboard. Also, Aetherling deserves a spot in American Control.
I think that 4 aetherling's is a little over the top. -2 Aetherling +2 Restoration Angel The lifegain off of Thragtusk and Restoration Angel is one of the best combat tricks in standard right now.
Healer is definitely a sideboard card.
Centaur Healers wouldn't be a bad plan for lifegain. Also, A playset of Flinthoof Boars would be beneficial.
Farseek wouldn't be a bad plan. Or if not farseek, maybe verdant haven.
I think that you need to decide between tempo and aggro. Delver tempo is a good thing, and so is simic aggro. Together they just form a mediocre and confused deck. If you do decide on Tempo, give my deck list a look. It made it onto a TCG Player deck tech exclusive and has performed well at FNM's in the past. http://www.mtgvault.com/poliishpaniic/decks/bant-delver/
He doesn't necessarily need it, he's extremely hard to remove only mizzium mortars and board wipes can get rid of him. The Protection from Black and White is relevant.
The deck is looking much better man!
