Be very interested to see how it plays out, but I agree probably more of a sideboard card than a main.

With all those creatures I think congregate could do some work in here. But I really like the deck as a whole, dat life gain!

Put Pariah on him and you may be doing the hokey pokey all night long!

I think Knight of the Gangnam Style would be equally hilarious.

Oh wow, that is such a hard counter....I hope the small group that I play with never find out. Then again I constantly give advice on there decks that I immediately regret...

You could add prosperity or replace skyscribing with it. I know the one less blue doesn't really matter with infinite mana, but it is slightly better if you arn't using the forecast ability.

Either way this deck is super coooool, great work. I would definitely like to play/play against it to see how well it works.

I am definitely going to take the rings out. I have tried to make them work but they are just far to slow for this deck.

Thank-you for the thoughtful and constructive advice, its people like you that makes this community great!

Black has been my color since I first started playing this game, I can totally relate to the old habits.

Gravecrawler would be awesome in this deck! I think it would work awesome with deadly allure (seriously loving this card).

Thanks for the super awesome advice and taking the time to look at my decks :).

Wow, I have been playing for a long time and didn't realize that "Tim" was a universal term for the 1 dmg creature till now. Does everyone merit its origins to the Tim scene from Monty Python - Holy Grail?

I rolled a merfolk skyscout in this style of deck. It has potential for a little extra punch well providing that extra tim dmg. The mana curve is the rough part for it.

Either way +1 for a great deck and another +1 for the throwback.

AHHHH! You rock a goblin deck :). It was my first tribal back when I started in 5th edition. I still can't get it it work properly for me but I will never take it apart.

I have tried Marton Stormgald but I find he is just to slow/vulnerable, but when he works he tends to work quite well.

I love that card, but exactly like you pointed out my curve is so low I doubt I would need the vast amounts of mana it would get me.

I was thinking of making this deck enchantment-creature-human. I just love the idea that replenish returns all my enchantments and my creatures to play....I just had two of them lying around from way back in the day.

I am a pretty casual player and play with a small group. The decks I currently have on here are just my IRL ones (I use this as a tool to manage them). That being said I am always looking for good advice in the directions I should take my decks, I will open a couple up to the public.

Thanks for the interest Jessie :). If you have any decks you want me to look at I would be more than happy to help out!

What about Ghost Quarter for a land? It could add an additional shuffle as well as remove key unique lands. I think it could fit nicely in here.

I know its not modern but curious, would goblin bombardment work with this deck? Or do the creatures die before you could sac them with enchantment? Nice deck though :). Looks super fun.

Sweet deck! I love concept. I want to recommend something but I just don't think I would make any changes.

Rescue from the underworld could also work in this deck. Gives you a few more cards to help layer that "into play" trigger.

It is a bit of a high cost but I think rescue from the underworld could be fun to play in this deck.

Thanks for the input I really appreciate it. I was thinking about gatekeeper to have more creature control and hearing the recommendation makes me want to try it out.

Never seen massacre wurm before but I think it would be a great fit in this as well if I can get my hands on one.

Thanks again!

I run something similar not sure how you feel about unstable mutation but I find the early big hit is worth the slow degrade. May work well in this deck.

Either way +1 from me I like it.

Looking for some help with my casual mono-black if you have a minute. http://www.mtgvault.com/potch/decks/black-as-night/
