Splatter Thug is a heavier hitter in the deck. That and Unleash works with Exava. I wanted most of the unleash cards that I know and love in here but I ran out of most of them and what's in here are the ones that weren't in my current Rakdos deck Bloodhunter and Nyxborn are out, Tormented Soul and Lober Crew are in. All I have to do now is remember when I get home to swap them....
It's always good to have a back-up plan
Since you're gaining a lot of life, how about using Ajani's Pridemate. Also Sorin, Lord of Innistrad is good for tokens
I would make a few changes to this deck to improve it slightly: Swap Sign in Blood for Read the Bones. The extra mana for scry 2 is worth it or then again swap it out for more removal since you have Phyrexian Arena Add is 2 Sorin Markov, because I'm a beast in mono-black vamps MORE REMOVAL. Since you're playing black, you MUST have more removal than a mono-red. This means about 8 kill spells total at least, and this can include the right planeswalker
Now that I think about it, I had my Tormented Souls in another deck and I may have brushed past Lobber Crew... My thorough searching for cards was mainly in my non-standard section. What should I take out then?
(Not meaning to sound like an asshole) Ok... Make a deck that has specific card number and colour limits smaller because 76 card commander decks are the best. Commander is a 100 card deck: 99 cards mainboard + 1 commander

I would use them if I had them... I have Tormented Soul, Razortip Whip and Lobber Crew but they didn't make the cut

I'd try dropping 2 lands to drop the land count to 20 and add in maybe another Noble Heirarch and another Giant Growth
Grasp of Darkness deals with Indestructable
Have 4 Gray Mercheant since they're so good! I'd take out a Festering Goblin and a Highborn Ghoul
I use it for constant token creation so I can sacrifice every turn
