What do you think about Surgical Extraction or Extirpate?

It was my understanding that, the stack resolves backwards & therefore using a (1 drop or otherwise) Counter card (not a bounce card) played in response to a player attempting to cast a Chalice of the Void would send said Chalice to the Graveyard before it could resolve / take effect.

I've gotten out all 32 Relentless Rats out of my deck as early as turn 2 with the Thrumming Stone & Dark Rituals.
To each their own, I guess.

I would recommend adding Thrumming Stone. Also if you aren't necessarily wanting to use it in a Modern Format, I would also add Dark Rituals in.

Yes, That's why I like Aggro decks. Most the Aggro Decks I've seen are Mono Red so, this seemed like a Novel idea to me, especially since Green has some of the highest Mana Cost creatures.

This might just be me, however I would replace Thought Scour with Tome Scour
