I would drop 1-2 of the doj and the eldrazi monuments. Most decks side in artifact hate against caw blade and caw blade doesn't play enough creatures for doj to have value
Then I would remove dragonstorm
Cards like seething song, explore and nest invader off the top of my red. Cards that add mana or land to speed up your deck
Maybe phyrexian juggernaut?

I can't play against her because I cannot make myself skip my draw! I'm just like oh maybe I'll draw removal, skip my combat phase but of course I never draw removal :(
