I would say swap the forbidden alchemy and think twice count as alchemy puts things in the yard

And have you considered zombie infestation and runescarred demon.
Infestation so you can get a benefit for throwing cards away and runescarred for its tutor for jin, elesh.

Drop your shores and your drownyard you need no more than 24 land but. Up your ghost quarter count to 3 and sb 3x evil presence because turning a wolf run into a swamp takes away its ability. Always good for a laugh. Same goes for the nexus. You'll then have 6 answers for them opposed to the one answer now and if I'm right worlds wolf run only runs 2x each.

Secondly, actually it works pretty well for me. Went 3-1 last fnm, which is stellar considering my meta is basically worlds top 8 decks. No imagination in my area :(
anyway pairings went as follows:

Round 1: 1-2 vs. U/W snappy control. Due to no answer to swords of...(fixed)
Round 2: 2-0 vs. WW aggro. Biggest threat was griffin rider with destiny and griffen out.
Round 3: 2-1 vs. G\R wolf run titans. Hard match won with 2 and 1 life.
Round 4: 2-1 vs. G/W human aggro. Angelic overseer is a pain in the ass

Actually while your suggestion is a good one. despite the weakness the mentors are the best card draw for this build. And I don't really care if they die because I. Have ways to bring them back "*cough* titan"

Actually the mentors are there for "fishing" purposes, comboed with the infestation. Which pulls titans and rites to the yard and I get my titans for 4 mana rather than 6. Lili is there to supplement both my yard and the sm. Pox. As well as creature control my only real fear with this deck is inferno titan. So really the only creature that won't hit the yard before the field is mentor. If I add reapers I won't get my draw which is essential for the deck to pull out the beaters. But I do see your point about the hand disruption. But I'm stuck on wether to run despise or distress and if I do decide to go that route, since those kind of cards are 4 of cards what one card do I pull.

Wouldn't bloodbraid elf help with consistancy? Same cost as outburst so you don't have to worry about cascading into that. Just a thought.

Cascade is a cool mechanic. I haven't seen it until now due to my hiatus from magic. From mirrodin-m11. But it looks like this makes great use of it.

I hate this deck type so... so... much. So cheap. So fast. Damn that red speed. That being said one thing I would change and I agree with the land bump what I would swap is either the arsonists or drop a shock and an arsonist. I don't know what your thought on vampire decks would be but I was wondering if you could give mine a look?
