Unfortunately Elspeth is a bit up there on the curve and horse is too slow and provides a blocker.

You can get a pretty good look at how control decks usually look like.
How far have you looked into the competitive metagame? Look at a W/U/x control deck in standard.
Ya, I own an updated version of it. It woks pretty good, though it's not tier 1
Not really... Control neutralizes threats till it can get its out on the board, which means this deck is not ever live up to the standard of what control is. Aggro on the other hand just kills people quickly, and those decks play thoughtseize as well.
The name doesn't match the deck. Control is all about stalling out the game, not making lots of dudes. This almost is aggro actually.
Sure I will!
Looks good, but with Journey into Nyx approaching, This deck is bound to take off!Join our discussion - http://www.mtgvault.com/thewatchguard1/decks/journey-into-nyx-discussion/
I think we should remake cawblade in the form of drakesend for standard.(Seacoast Drake + Godsend)Just a thought.
It's the 2nd starfish in the game now :)
Oh well, next time I'll just do that. Thank you though!
Lol, I think it might have a chance in control sideboards honestly. Also could you like this so we can get more people here for this discussion?
My favorite cards so far:Ajani, Mentor of Heroes, Godsend, and Iroas, God off VictoryWhat are yours?
Ephara, God of the PolisKnowledge is my life, is seek to learn. And because of that, Kruphix as well.
Thank you kind sir!
This is a bit too evil.
Lol, such noob, much tournament.
A beatifully written piece of advice! 5/5!Maybe you could make an advance guide for beginners who want level up.(Don't use level up, it's a bad mechanic.
Oh, thanks. I'm trying to get it on the front page, likes would be VERY helpful.
