I find that Silumgar, the Drifting Death really stops Ojutai in his tracks if you can get him on the battlefield (Key word IF). Self-Inflicted Wound might be a bit more reliable

I didn't either, this was a complete homebrew. Like I said elsewhere, I avoided fetchlands because I can't afford them. Thanks for the feedback!

I avoided fetchlands because I can't afford them. Self-Inflicted Wound seems like it could be quite handy though!

Again personal preference, but I would make it 4 Draconic Roar, and if you really want to have another burn card it could either be a roast or a plain old Lightning Strike. Just playtest playtest playtest and see what works!

Looks an awful lot like my own Grixis Dragons deck. Personally I prefer Roast as a sideboard card and mostly use it as hate against Courser of Kruphix. Also, why no scry lands/temples? They're perfect for control decks like this. Overall, really nice deck!

Big fat congrats on 800 decks! As a fairly new player, I can't even fathom having the knowledge of that many cards and how they work together... Your skill amazes me.
Anyways, have you tried your hand at making a Jeskai or Grixis control deck for Standard? Those would probably be a little bit hard to make too budget-ey, but maybe under 50 bucks instead of 20?
