volt charge is always awesome in this style deck, delver is good, especially for early pressure, and ponder is great, also something to look at is tezzert's gambit, it's a blue draw and proliferate. Could be the push to get you over this hill, and even possibly one of Chandra, the Firebrand for twice the effect.
I would say pirmordial hydra, something that you can just dump excess mana into that forces your opponet to deal with it then or just die. And if youre looking for things from dark ascension, ghoul tree seems good for you as well, cause it's a 10/10 for even cheaper if you have been playing a while.
what you need is an instant artifact remover, your idea is good but very susceptible to things like ratchet bomb.
try out patriarchs bidding, i think thats right, naming slivers will return all of your slivers from the graveyard to play.
even cheaper, gutshot? that should do the job, right?
A couple of things to think of would maybe be volt charge, tezzeret's gambit, and maybe 2 Shrines of burning rage for those moments where creatures just don't have the ability to get there anymore. The gambits and charges will also offer plus counters buffers along with card advantage and creature removal. They fit your theme truely and also give you a bit more variety in spell versitility.

I don't know why it says there's a white in it... I've double checked, the only thing I can see is the gilded lotus, but that would give me one of all colors wouldn't it?
