If you play your turn 1 noble hierarch, then play a turn 2 lotus cobra, it turns a fetch land into a black lotus!!Some of you might be asking yourselves, what happens if I draw my eldrazi consiption. Well the answer is simple, vindillion clique yourself! Put it on the bottom of your library, and have a 3/1 beater in play! If the games go long, things like See Beyond and additional copies of Vindillion Clique should come in to insure that the conscription doesn't get stuck in your hand.For those of you who like keeping those unfair decks in check while doing both broken AND fair things at the same time, this deck if perfect for you.You also may be asking, why the h*ll should I be playing this over something established like twin or affinity, aren't those better? The answer is no. Twin is a very linear strategy, and is easily beatable by midrange decks like Jund and Junk (Abzan midrange). The worst thing that can possible happen when you play your sovereigns is they play something like anger of the gods and wipe your board (assuming there are no goyf's in play). Then you just go fetch for a dryad arbor and kill them with that! This deck attacks from a very different angle, one only comparable to bloom titan. This deck has also proved itself in the past, since my success with a 4-0 at a FNM with a much worse version of the deck. In addition, this deck saw a ton of standard play in the past, partially dominating the format it was in, and isn't that what all modern decks are?
