I don't know what the top standard decks are doing, however, put this deck against one of them or all of them and I'm sure it can hold its own. Thanks for showing love. When I use this deck it leaves people buffled. It's really shocking how well it works.

Yeah i figure this but it does say all creatures for the turn. There has never been a card like this before so you just can't assume. It says all cretures for the turn and thats what it means. It affects the turn and everything in that turn. All other cards like this affect the moment they are casted and last for the turn. This card effects the whole turn and is active for the whole turn. You guys are slacking. You have to read the damn cards not just assume its like every thing else. I just made an Orzhov Oppression deck that can take this deck on even with me playing it the way I do. I figured it only affects them moment it is cast even though it say the whole turn. It really don't make that much of a difference any.

Good alround deck. Try Dynacharge it as a starting card and gets even better if you draw it mid to late game. Electrickery is a great sideboard card. Over all good stuff. You may want to look at the newsst set it has some really strong cards.

And that ruling is only agreeing with what I am saying. There is a copy of the card that you can exile. The encoding allows you put out a fresh new card of the same one that you had exiled the last turn. Then you exile the new copy of the card if you want to active the cipher ability of the new card. If you choose to do so, the new copy is exiled just like the copy before it and then you encode a creature. That leaves two exiled cards and two encodings. Does that clear it up. I am trying to do my best to make it easy to understand.

What you are talking about is the ruling about copies of spells . This a copy of a card, meaning you put another one of those cards in to play and if you didn't use ciper it would just go in to the graveyard. Copying a spell is way differnt than copying a card. Just like hexpoof is way different than 'can't be countered'. Copying a card is just like putting another card into the battlefield. The difference is that card did not start in the deck. I repeat is not a copy of an ability or a spell, it's another damn card. Re-read cipher it clearly says play a copy of that card not spell. I guess they caught most of you sleeping. They did this on purpose. It is n8 mistake that they put card instead of spell. And I know 7t can be something that can be easily over looked. You mind thinks it means spell. But always remember wording 7s very important in this game.

It says all creatures get -1/-1 for every swamp you have Until the end of the turn. I took this to mean that until the end of the turn all creatures get the -1/-1s this includes creatures that come in after the spell was cast because the spell is active for the whole turn. And its really cool. There has never been a spell like this before. I mean there has been cards such as black sun where the creatures get -1/-1 counters or x amount of damage. With those types of spells something is being put on the creatures and so the creature has to be out at the time the counters or damage are put on. However, with this nothing is being put on the creature. It is just a status affect that lasts the whole turn. For example say you cast mutilate and you have 4 swamps. What that includes effect is doing is making any creature with less than 5 thoughness as if it has 0 thoughness reguardless of when the creature comes in so long as it is this turn that mutilate is affecting. Crazy stuff, I know. So you cast mutilate on there turn and that in effect keeps them from casting any creatures for the turn. It is by far the strongest kill card I have seen.

Tragic slip never work that well for me when I play tested it. The bigest problem I see is a lot of the time you wont have creatures to protect your planeswalkers. Where is the Extort? It can't be Orzhov with extort. Good start though. Decks are are to make. And good decks are even harder to make because everything has to work prefect with each other.

Yeah it's a copy of the card. You're casting a copy of the encoded card. And the copy also has cipher because it's copy. The words say: . . . may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying the mana cost. You're in effect playing another card, and that just so happens that copy has cipher. Meaning you can encode again. I mean there be a ruling that it doesn't that says other wise. However that would be a shame, the text says a copy of the card. Any one reading it would agree with me. Yeah I know mutilate affect my side too but the deck only needs one creature at all times. Mutilate is great because of all those undyig creatures. You cast a mutilate those undying creatures die, come back and die again and nothing can regen. It is great card. If you have enough swamps it will kill, dear I say, anything?

You're right it needs a little something to put it over the top. Right now it has around a 60-65% chance to win over the best standard decks. That's not good enough. The phantasmas are good I may put another in.

What cards can I use instead of mutilate. Most of the deck you will be going up against will be fast agro decks. By the 5th you have creature that can knock out an opponent in one or two hits or you got the battlefield locked down. If you should face a control deck while playing this deck, you are going to win hands down. To my knowledge there is no better controldeck out there.

In standard red agro is fine. Thats why there is tge exiliers in there. Sometimes it takes a little longer for the deck to get going so you need the extra life. If there is a better way to gain life I want to know about it.

Yeah I have sat down and played tested against the decks that are winning. It has a high win rate. I find that sometimes an extra creature would be great. It's stable, however, each game may have to be plated very differently in order reach the same effect. And that is to get 6 lands by turn 6. Some time I can't get the 6 land by turn6 but I don't need it because it turns out if I am not getting the cards like grisly salvage that let me pick through the deck then I am getting creatures. This deck does great at taking out creatures. Rancor is needed because players will try to block you with 1/1s. The deck has 7 cards that do a great job of getting rid of problems and 4 of those cards have flash back. It is shocking how well it plays. Unbreathing Horde is a true beast, however, you wont need to bring him out most of the time.

yeah instead of use one of the other two enchantments. Most of the time it won't work, however, it doesn't need to. But when you get the right draw it could be bad ass. you only need one oblivion ring. you need one fiend hunter, the planeswalker, and two enchantments. If have a fiend hunter and the planeswalker your odds of getting the two enchantments are pretty good as you have 16 enchantments that can get the job done.

I want to keep it standard. However, those cards are great for a non-standard deck I'm making. It's just for fun. I saw that one deck you posted up with the endless squirrels and it made me want to make a deck that did kind of the same thing.

Yeah I'm sorry about that. I misunderstood what you were saying. You have a card in the deck that I would add if I were to play a b/g infect. :D We all got are own styles.

wait how is this the best infect? I have many infect decks that can beat this one about 70% of the time and two or three and can win this deck +90% of the time.. Inkmoth Nexus is really not that good in an infect deck. It's too slow for what it is and is only 1/1 which makes it able to be kille off. Glistening Oil is a card you should be using in this deck. You can play Glistening Oil on your opponents chercters in effect giving yours protection from their and at the same time killing there cherecters off. Another good add would be Virulent Swipe. When I was playing infect people seem to always be shocked that I had that card in the deck. Another card that's great in this deck is Whispersilk Cloak. Whispersilk Cloak, will force the other guy to used up a counter/control card. Rancor is a great card but I don't think it should be in this deck. Apostle's Blessing would be a great sb card in this deck. Try these changes and then tell me how you like them. Not the strongest infect but a good infect deck none the less. Keep up the good work.

I have a question how is it that I keep coming across decks like the ones I see here on this site. Its just odd. I played a deck like this about 4 months ago. The one problem it has is that some times it gets hung up. Some of the newer enchantments can make this deck even better.
