Cool deck, but it seems to be short on lands. You'll probably want to cast Uncaged Fury and Larger than Life on the same turn.

Um, are you trying to use City of Solitude trying to prevent the opponent from paying the costs? Because it doesn't work that way.

I do like the cards in this deck; the only problem I see is that your opponents will just start holding up mana. CIty of Solitude doesn't really do a whole lot here - in fact, it kind of rubs against Crystal Shard and Erratic Portal. Heck, even Defense Grid is more flavorful for this deck.

Basically, you're throwing cards in your graveyard with Faithless Looting, Dredge from Stinkweed Imp, Cathartic Reunion, etc. You cast Exhume, and your big bad comes into play, while they get something almost certainly smaller. Your white cards jumps out of the graveyard to attach onto your big fat guy, and the vigilance effect will certainly help if, on the off chance, the opponent managed to Exhume something remotely beefy, so your big guy will be able to play offense and defense.

This is why I run 4x Goatnappers in all my sideboards.

Love it!

You might get more value off of Momentary Blink than Cloudshift. Restoration Angel is a good one here. Maybe a one-of Torrential Gearhulk can be even better than a Snapcaster Mage. You may want a card to refill your hand, like Sphinx's Revelation, Opportunity, or Jace's Ingenuity. Epochrasite isn't super-good here; at best it's a 4/4. Celestial Colonnade is another good land.

Good deck!

I don't like Kruphix as the Commander. You can't dump a lot of mana into anything beyond Collective Voyage or Biomass Mutation. You won't be busting your hand size on any real card. It seems like Vorel or Experiment Kraj would be better Commanders. Oh, and by the way, Noxious Revival is about eight times better than Salvage.

I'd say have some life payment outlet beyond Unspeakable Symbol, or else you may miss Dethrone triggers.

Meltdown will probably blow up all your artifacts. Vandalblast seems so much better.

Athreos, God of Passage would be really nice for this deck. I mean, I know he costs as much as this deck, but two of him will probably still keep you under $25.

Tarfire is a bad idea. As far as I can tell, it's no better than Shock in this deck, and it ups Goyf by 1. Boosting and opposing Goyf is a great way to lose.

Blue seems really misplaced here. Instead of Dissolve, you could run Hero's Downfall, and instead of Ephara, you could run Raider's Spoils. Taking out blue will really ease the mana base and cause you less pain.

Most people play 1 Ornithopter and 1 Emrakul and 4 Tolarian Academy and 4 Fabricate.

Merrow Reejerey kinda stiffs you on Devotion. You might want to maindeck Spreading Seas instead? And maybe some Vapor Snag; they're also very powerful.
