The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Budget Counterbalance deck. I am not willing to pay any more than $100 for this deck.
Use Library of Leng to make all cards that make you discard, instead put them on top of your library (namely Though Courier and Aquamoeba) and Sensei's Divining Top to sort the top card of your library for Counterbalance.Combo: Sphinx of the Chimes + Library of Leng = Draw two cardsUsing this combo, you can draw your entire deck and then use Aquamoeba to put any card from your hand to the top of your library to counter and it will prevent you from decking out. With your whole deck in your hand, you will be able to counter all cards from 0 - 6 CMCWash Out after this combo to send everything back to your opponent's hand and then counter everything they play.

Wow nice idea there, didn't know library of leng existed :o. I have 1 problem with it though. You have 2 pieces of 4-6 cmc cards, and no higher ones, which makes countering bigger spells a bit iffy sometimes. Still very nice, keep it up :)!

unfortunately this deck relies too heavily on counterbalance with no way to make sure you have it in play. library of leng gives you absolutely no advantage early game if you don't have counterbalance, and you have no search methods for counterbalance. You also don't really have that much draw power that can be accessed early game
