Less spells, more creatures if you want a 2nd turn demon. Though I would go with 4 sign in bloods. Consume the meek is definitely a great sideboard card. Also go with 1-2 drop creatures, as great as nighthawk is it isnt worth it

Sideboard Feast of Blood and any other removal spells. Add Deathgreeter's as a 1 drop and take out the Abyssal Demons. If you want a second turn demon you're going to have to concentrate soley on the demon. Add Vampire Lacerator for a 2/2 1 drop. Add Quest for the Gravelord and you can have a 3rd turn demon and 5/5 zombie which is better against some decks. No matter how hard you try a demon deck isn't going to win in the long run, this is why you have to strike fast, you need a second turn Demon. As tempting and amazing as Crypt of Agadeems are, and especially for this deck, they come in tapped, so they won't allow you to play a second turn demon. So i'd just replace these with basic swamps. Replace Doom blades with bone splinters. Honestly you might want to sideboard any removal spells, seeing as a lot of new decks don't even use creatures, you wouldn't want it taking up one of the precious spots in your hand. Add some viscera seers so you can scry to find the demon. Definitely add some Vampire Lacerators, these allow for a fourth turn win if you start and dont meet any resistance as you can deal 2 damage on your second turn assuming you played it first then play two more 1 drops and sac them all for a demon that will then deal 18 damage over the next two turns. You may want to think about Blade of the Bloodchief as a second option as well. Definitely replace sword of vengeance with blade of the bloodchief. And replace verdant catacombs with either more basic swamps or Crypt of Agadeem. Definitely add some vampire nighthawks.

Creatures: You definitely need more, replace the Malakir Bloodchiefs with something cheaper, like Vampire Hexmage, Bloodghast, or Pawn of Ulamog (which is great for playing your sanguine bond/blood tribute combo earlier in the game)
Lands: Maybe add 3 more swamps
Artifacts: Blade of the Bloodchief is great for vampires,
Deck Size: You should try cutting your deck down to 60 cards, maybe remove some spells
Other: If you want it to ever be legal in standard you're going to have to remove Dark Ritual
