I personally find that Fiend Hunter belongs in this deck. All decks need some form of removal. How else would you deal with your opponents' threats?

I LOVE COURT STREET DENIZEN! It's soooo good in conjunction with token giving cards.

You're doing it wrong... There's no primary nor secondary win conditions in this deck... What is this? Burn? Aggro? Weenie? Control? There's too much going on here.

Mono black isn't a great control color by itself, and in my opinion, this is more of a Midrange. Also, Staff of Nin isn't that great of a card for this deck. Instead of gaining an advantage yourself by drawing more, black is meant to put your opponent at a disadvantage, so throw in a few Mind Rots instead.

It looks nice, though you will need some more Mana Dorks, like Arbor Elves and Avacyn's Pilgrims. Without them, your deck would last against faster deck types.

Replace those Martyred Rusalkas with a Niblis of the Mist. It's the same thing essentially, but instead the target creature is TAPPED and doesn't untap next untap step. Also, it's a 2/2 with flying. And that's all for 2 MORE MANA.

Throw in a Dinrova Horror. Great for discarding and returning creatures to opponents hands! It's only 6 mana for a 4/4.

Judging bay all the direct damage spells you have here, try throwing in a Rakdos, Lord of Riots. He's only 2 black and 2 red, and he helps you cast creatures more quickly and efficiently... However, I find that Restoration Angel and Oblivion Ring really have nothing to do in this deck unless you sideboard a bunch of other control cards like Pacifism... Also, I would definitely recommend that you throw in Arrow Volley Trap, as it's a burn card with a lot of options. Otherwise, good deck.
