I'm not going to lie... I don't think this is a very solid ally deck... with allies, the more the merrier. 16 total? That's almost as low as my control deck... remove like 90% of the non-ally cards and put in allies. It'll make this much better... as for winning tournaments, I honestly can't see that. Especially because you run no mana fixing and you have 4 Kazandu Blademaster's (which IMO are one of the best two drops in the game) which require double white for turn 2.

So:

-4 Revoke Existence
-4 Mighty Leap
-4 Soul Parry
-4 Galvanic Blast

-2 Mountains
-2 Plains

+2-3 Kazuul Warlord
+3 Talus Paladin (both for longer games)
+3 Kabira Evangel
+4 Ondu Cleric
+3 Tuktuk Scrapper

+4 Arid Mesa (or Teramorphic Expanse)

The Creeping Tar Pit's and the Wurmcoil are for the Tainted Strike. Also, Tar Pit is amazing for killing planeswalkers, like you said. I've been toying with it for awhile, and it is constantly revamped and I really just love Tezzeret.

Nasty deck to play against, and a ton of fun to play as! one of the best decks I've seen in awhile in t2.

If I plan on playing extended... I will definitely take that into mind =D seems pretty broken if you ask me haha.

Haha, you definitely jinxed me =P last night I played three games and got land screwed 2/3... still did pretty impressively. I can work with 4 mana as long as I've got a grand architect! I still might go up to 24 anyway, when I originally built it, I was centered around extremely cheap and/or free artifacts so land wasn't really an issue anyway.

I'm just lucky I guess? In like 30 games I've had mana issues once, maybe twice. I'm sure as soon as I take it to a constructed tournament, I'll get mana screwed (and it'll be your fault =P) and then probably up the land. But for now, I'm okay with my mana base.

@ Whipsilk: I've changed it again (with new sets, I find decks to be constantly evolving) and main-boarded Black Sun's Zenith, 2 Ratchet mainboard, and 2 sideboard. With 4 Go for the Throat's also mainboard, if I don't have enough removal in the deck... I'm having terrible luck =)

Looks like a ridiculously fast goblin deck, I have no idea how to keep up with this except Ratchet Bomb =P

@ EthanLewis: I originally splashed white in for Tempered Steel and all of my artifacts and artifact creatures were indestructible, but it was too gimmicky and too reliant on Tezzeret being on the battlefield. I have had almost no land issues, and with 7 blue creatures in the deck, I almost always have the ability to drop my 6 costers for 4 or less mana. I do only have 4 Mana Leaks, but that's mostly to set myself up for being able to drop bombs and rip them apart. I haven't had a chance to take it into a tournament yet, but this FNM I'll be hitting it up and seeing what happens.

@ Scorpio7777: I haven't tried Myr Battlesphere, but that's not a bad idea at all! And with Treasure Mage I can run 1 or 2 of and still get it out when I want it (with draw, search, and random luck). I might have to give it a try! I don't like infect, and I don't think Inkmoth Nexus is all the good in a Tezzerator deck, because you first, activate it. Then use Tezzeret's -1 ability, turning it into a 5/5 flying infect creature. At EoT it stops being flying and infect, and just becomes a 5/5 vanilla creature. So then on your next turn, you activate it again, further reverting it into a 1/1 flying infect, and you have to use Tezzeret's ability again. It's too much unnecessary work and far too combo reliant. It can also be very situational and dead-weight in hand.

Yeah, Spine is still 7 mana no matter what, but Piston Sledge is freakin' amazing! Especially with free equip cost, and saccing the Wellspring later on =)

Another fun idea is is Piston Sledge + Spine of Ish Sah and/or Ichor Wellspring. They work in combo together pretty decently!

8 fetch lands... yet no dual lands? I'm slightly confused with the bulk of Glacial Fortress, Seachrome Coast, and Celestial Colonnade.... you run enemy colored fetchlands for a friendly-colored deck? I'd consider some dual lands and make it a lot more consistent. They're cheaper than the fetchlands if you're going for cheaper. Also, with all that tap ability, maybe also consider Sunblast Angel. She's boss in tap-down decks for board removal! Also, if you have a moment, check out my Tezzerator deck and tell me what you think? =)

Relentless Rats are entirely a gimmick deck at best... at worst, they're dead weight in hand. You can't pump enough of them out quickly enough to make it count. They're also entirely destroyed by Memoricide in T2 and many other things in non-standard (like Extirpate).

As it stands, the only real way of working Rats is with green. Genesis Wave+land excel=fast Rats. But still, gimmicky. I wish you the best of luck, and consider splashing in green for Gen Wave/Cultivate/Explore and see where it takes you =)

Also, if you have a moment, check out my Tezzerator deck and let me know what you think!

Sadly, he's the next thing to come out. But I do (like you said) love turning a Revoker into a 5/5 or a Thopter token (and also turning a Wurmcoil into a blue creature is very funny). Grand Architect is turning into one of my favorite creatures also.

This seems like a decent idea, but if you're running blue without draw... why? Take out the unsummon for either Foresee or Preordain. Either of those are very solid in ANY deck that has blue in it, lol. Maybe drop Spell Pierce by 1 and Distortion Strike by 1 or 2, and put in See Beyond also. Dead weight in hand? Send it back haha. And if you have a moment, maybe check out my Tezzerator deck and see what you think? Thanks!

Thanks man! I really enjoy playing it. Ratchet Bomb has made this deck so much deadlier than it used to be, and I love ruining Goblin player's days.

I love making casual decks, half of the decks on my profile are just random crap that's fun to play with friends... I really have only made two real Tourney decks. Both were U/B of course, they're my colors lol.

Akroma's Vengeance =P it destroys you. Completely. Other than that, I really like artifacts... they're some of my favorite things in the card game. If you have a moment, check out my Tezzerator deck =) I love me some artifacts too!

Fastbond is banned in legacy and restricted in vintage... unless this is a casual deck and then who cares, right? But I always like seeing mill work, so when it does it makes me a happy panda. I took a few sample hands, simply gross! If you have a moment, could you also check out my Tezzerator deck? I'd sure appreciate it =)

Nevermind, I forgot Terror doesn't allow them to regenerate the creature, which makes it on the same level as the other two.
