i built an exhalted deck for my cousin but i splashe blue so i could use invisible stalkers which litterally just gives ur opponet turns till its over just an idea that works it keeps them from stoppig the atk with anything besides player protection (and overlaod). btw i was tired of everyone saying that the new jace is a waste of a mythic when its at $40 so peole have a use for it heres mine if anyone cares to have a look please comment its still got a ways to go i think...im waiting for dimir to come out before i finalize the deck though

i redid the deck following some of the ideas you gave me and the deck is working but ive been reading in some forums on the wizards site that the order of casting with an X is that 1st you decide Xthen any additional mana costs are added followed by deductions do u know a rulings site i might be able to check but this build seems to be running smoothly it does over 20 burn damage by turn 8 usually
just off of the top of my head you should get urself serra avatar... use it crackling counter part and populte with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice on the feild u double your life total every time you populate get rancors to the give trample for 1 green and come backto hand instead of goin to the grave

im guessing the hydra-menace combo will b a killer to you opponets u may want to concider more scavenge in the deck instead of young wolfs and the geist there are 1 or to more low cost that use this machanic an at least then you can choose when your counters are going and hen
rancor to start with it is an amazing green card gives +2/0 and trample to enchanted creature and goes to your hand instead of the gravyard tandem lookouts soulbound for when this creature deals combat damage to an opponets life and draw a card mayb combine him with wurms i would also suggest if ur plan is to maintain hand control this way you might want to take more advantage of the detain machanic latly id say drop the mill idea and maybe focus on just pressing forward... you dont have enough mill to realistically end the game that way so focus on how you plam on winning
i think the deck is a bit spread out around a few good ideas. it looks like you want to own the feild try using more low drop creatures so that you last long enough to use your larger creatures another good late game move could be zealous conscripts so you can use you opponet for your benefit
