Well..its just my feeling. Cause I played my deck, which is almost like this, and 23 lands are already good(sometimes even too much). So I guess u could drop 2 of them without big deal...But its up to you of course

And his mana balance is kind of awkward, I would definitly add more islands than forests...Vorel on turn 4 wont double stalker counters. You need 5 mana to do it so I would say turn 5 to double stalker counters.

When u cast Rapid hybridization doesnt both of its abilities trigger at the same time?
1) Cloudfin 2)Young Wolf/Strangleroot Gheist + Rapid hybridization This will give you a 2/3 Cloudfin, dude...When you cast hybridization, the frog will enter, then u will have young wolf, so he wont activate the evolve,since cloudfin already evolved to a 2/3And you should protect yourself. Negate, essence scatter, dispel, syncopate! You wont use aetherling here either, you can drop it from your sideboard...

Ok,so...Dynacharge,furious resistance,weapon surge,turn // burn can be some options for you, if you dont cast it you can easily put2 +1/+1 counters on nivmagus.
